Comprehensive Eye Exams
Routine eye exams are performed by our skilled optometrists and are crucial in analyzing your eye health and in detection of early disease for preservation of vision
Routine eye exams are crucial to help detect early ocular conditions and determine a correct diagnosis and subsequent treatment plan.
We will take a look at your glasses prescription, eye pressure, visual acuity, the front and inside of the eye, eyelids and surrounding tissues to observe the health of the patient’s eyes, while taking into consideration ocular, medical and family history, medications the patient is on and drug allergies.
Depending on factors like age, current overall health, and routine eye exam findings, other specific and more detailed exams may be conducted, such as:
• Dilated fundus exams
• Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT)
• Glaucoma Screening
• Diabetic Eye Exams
• Urgent Care Exams
• Contact lens examination
Regular visits for routine eye examinations are imperative for knowing general eye health and are often overlooked by the general population. Regular comprehensive exams will also assist in preserving and maximizing a patient’s vision throughout their lifetime.
